“Like many reviewers, my first experience with Sunset was through the internet/phonebook. That was 25 years ago. I have used Sunset for all of my plumbing needs since then. I find them to be extremely responsive! My most recent issue was a sewer issue. Part of the cap on the outside pipe had broken off and lodged down the pipe, against the trap. While snaking seemed to solve the issue, it was not a long term solution. It appeared we were looking at digging up the lawn to retrieve the piece. However, John had an idea and came back with a tool to grab the cap piece! It worked and saved $6000! I highly recommend Sunset for all of your plumbing needs!”
