The seal they put on the toilet leaks, and when the technician showed back up, he had no interest in checking it out and just left. I called him for six months to come back out and fix the toilet. Finally, I had to get another contractor my advice to you is that you don’t get involved with them because if anything goes wrong, you’re gonna have to call somebody else in and fix it, very rude and condescending company. I called Ritter & Sentry for an estimate to repair a 2nd floor shower drain that leaked into the 1st floor. They looked at the issue & found a way to repair the leak without damaging the house.
