“I landed in nyc on Xmas day with my 6yr old daughter to visit my family. My daughter was playing w/ the family dog and at some point the dog bit or scratched her really bad in her ear. I was so happy to see the urgent care was open and they were quick to assist her and help distract/ calm her (she had such fear she would need stitches). I am extremely appreciative at their responsiveness and their kindness towards us.“

“The actual service was very good with the 2 doctors they had in-house. However, walked in and was told to write my name and take a seat. My name was called an hour and a half later. That was too long having a customer sitting there to register. Other than that, I would recommend their service.“

“Pro-tip: don't schedule an appointment for 9am, the staff won't arrive until 9:30am. Other than the lateness and somewhat oddly specific questions from the virtual medical scribe, I have no major complaints about this place. The PA took care of me quickly and I was out of the door promptly. Just don't expect anyone to be there at 9am nor for the doors to be open at that time or you will be waiting outside in the cold.“

“I’m not sure because was early. But first time I’m visit MC and the service was so fast. Didn’t waste any time. The space is clean and the doctor was very polite and respectful.“

“I was seen by a woman physician over video call who was incredibly rude. I needed to get a birth control refill and my physician kept rolling her eyes at me and demanding for me to show her a picture of my prescription even though I told her the exact name and dosage that I am currently on. She yelled at her receptionist demanding why her computer was not logged into the correct profile while she was on the call with me which is so unprofessional and I felt horrible for the receptionist. She sent my medication to my pharmacy and when I asked which one, she looked at me like I was stupid and said “the one we have on file” which she knows was taken down six months ago. Any normal professional working in this field would ask if I need my pharmacy updated.

I received a pleasant call from the head doctor of this urgent care profusely apologizing for this incident. He told me that he would not let this happen again and was very kind and thoughtful over the phone. I also got a phone call from the original practitioner that I had seen ensuring that I received my medication.“

“After going for an emergency appointment years ago, we learned Dr. Welgrin could be our primary care physician and have never looked back. She's very thorough and accommodating. No waiting months to schedule an appointment.“

“Front desk help was decent. I was seen by a nurse and then a doc fairly quickly. The doc was fast, a quick listen of my lungs. Bronchitis diagnosed. Antibiotics & prednisone prescribed, a chest X-ray was optional. However, the doc didn’t notice my conjunctivitis, which was pretty severe, until I stopped him and asked to take another look at my eyes. He then said, oh yeah, I’ll prescribe you eye drop antibiotics too. In and out pretty quickly which was ideal when you’re feeling as sick as I was. Overall maybe not a 5, but a solid 4 stars. Fyi, Cough persistent enough that I went back for an X-ray 2 days after this appointment, which turned out to be clear. This was also a quick in-and-out visit. Stay healthy!“
