Waited only 10 minutes to see the doctor spent another 15 with him and that was everything! I remember I once went to the hospital for the same throat thing I got and It took me from 7pm to 3am! I still can't believe this facility, thanks to the Dr Pedro who was there at that time and also thanks to the front desk people who helped me with the paperwork and the insurance part I don't get. Altamente recomendable!

The providers are great, but the front desk staff has consistently been disappointing. On several occasions, I’ve had negative experiences. One staff member even hung up on me during a phone call. Other times, when I try to explain my situation, the staff seems to misunderstand what I’m saying and repeatedly transfers me to someone else who also isn’t able to help.
The front desk staff would benefit from additional training in communication, customer service, and handling patient concerns. The providers have always been excellent, but the front desk experience needs significant improvement.
have been going here recently and the customer service is always so well! if i do get billed for any medicine, i know i can count on the pharmacy to let me know. and when i do call with questions, they answer as best they can
