“I called City Md in Syosset today for some help. My mom 90 years old lives in Queens she is staying with me for while because she fell last week thank god nothing serious her right arm is in a sling and it came loose I was not sure how to adjust the sling. A young lady at front desk who answered the phone was so professional and most of all compassionate about my situation told be to come in whenever I wanted and the doctor would adjust the sling. I brought my mom there and two young ladies and doctor came to waiting area took her to a room . They were so kind and gently and so willing to help. The doctor adjusted the sling and made her so happy and most of all comfortable!This was by far the best service I have ever received ! I thank them all so very much !“
