9 YEARS AGO: Visited at least four eyeglass stores in NYC before discovering CHARLOTTE JONES OPTICIANS. Went in to purchase one pair of UNIQUE eyeglass frames for myself and purchased three. Charlotte was a pleasure to work with and very,very patient with my husband and I (he purchased two very stylist frames after wearing basically the same boring wire style for 20 years). Looking forward to visiting this wonderful Optician again next time we're in town!“

“Today I dropped into Sterling Optical to see if I could have my sunglasses tightened. They’ve been falling down my nose constantly for a couple of years now and of course the heat in summer makes it worse. When I came in I was greeted warmly by Suzette and she was able to schedule a fitting with Steve in only 30 minutes. He was able to quickly fix my sunglasses. Now they sit perfectly on my nose and no slippage! Why didn’t I do this years ago? And when I offered to pay, Suzette told me it would be no charge!
