John’s service was great, the rest of the experience was terrible! The AI appointment system with no opportunity to speak to a real person is not acceptable, the constant text messages, phone calls and emails all with the same information and again no real person option. Because of the zero customer service I am canceling my service contract
Robert was knowledgeable, professional, and well spoken. He explained all of our options that were available to us. The issue for not going through with the repair was. I could buy a brand new oven for the cost of the repair & still save money.
The tech did great. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave us recommendations. We ended up purchasing the sears protection plan due to the fact that we purchased an older home with all the appliances and have no clue when they were purchased and when they would start to break down on us. Our tech was very helpful and I would definitely use this service in the future.
