After more review, another plumbing team was asked to inspect it, and their assessment made much more sense. i was impressed with the professional service from the office staff and the plumbing technician. They kept me updated by phone about the arrival time, and the tech was courteous, respectful, and easy to talk to. The plumber explained that the water heater issue was not caused by a bad installation and that it likely should not have been repaired earlier. Even though the replacement process took longer because of delays between the warranty company and another party handling the claim, this plumbing team stayed helpful and professional throughout the whole job. julian installed the new water heater, added a shut off valve, and upgraded some lines with copper piping. he did clean, quality work and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. overall, i had a very good experience with their plumbing service and appreciated their honesty, communication, and workmanship.”

“Highly skilled in hydronic systems. Worked me into his schedule the very next day after I called, for a non-emergency. Diagnosed the problem causing a water leak and had all the parts to effect the repair. Replaced defective expansion tank which caused pressure spikes which corrupted the relief valve and caused the leak. Very reasonable pricing considering the physical difficulty in getting to the replaced parts in a cramped environment. A true throwback to the days of troubleshooting a problem and making the cheapest repair that provides reliable performance.”

“I called Downey Energy and said that I had a issue with our primary bath shower head leaking and could not stop the same,<br>so I turned the water off. Plus I had other issues as well. I called Downey Energy late Friday afternoon and asked if Peter (who is phenomenal), could come to address the issue, but since Peter is working part time now, they said that they would send Noah, Peter's assistant.<br>Early Saturday morning Noah arrived and did address all of the issues. He said that if the primary bath shower head did start to<br>leak again that it is probably the valve causing the leak. He said<br>that if that does occur Peter would have to come fix it.<br><br>Noah was extremely professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
