“I stopped by yoga six to take a free class during their 1 year anniversary. Besides the complimentary classes festivities included raffles, free snacks and membership specials. I did the power yoga which was a combination of vinyasa and hot yoga. Gabby was the instructor and she did a good job of instructing and demonstrating the movements. It was easy to follow and the flow was smooth. Heat level was consistent and felt good coming from a place that was much cooler. Class size was around 25-30 and there was enough room between mats to not worry about crashing into neighbors. After class they provided a cool towel with some mint that felt great. The studio advised to bring your own mat although they do have some on hand to rent. Towels to cover the mat for hot yoga classes were provided free of charge. They were better than others since they had some rubber grips on the bottom to help keep it in place on the mat. There were about 10 lockers available in the lobby area with built in combination locks for storage. About 20 cubbies without any doors were available for storage as well. There was someone at the desk at all times to keep an eye on the belongings. Two bathrooms were available for changing. Studio was clean and well maintained. There were some incense burning in the lobby to add to the atmosphere.“

“Absolute Yoga Studio and their 200 YTT is the best! I learned so much about yoga philosophy, theming, & sequencing a class so that I can teach with confidence. Leslie & Elyce are caring teachers who nurtured our yoga practice from the beginning and still do.“

Floatopia Float Spa & Salt Cave Yoga

“The inside was very nice, and the staff were above and beyond kind! The actual experience itself floating was a bit nauseating for me - there wasn’t any air flow between the floating tub and the outside, so it got very stuffy and almost hard to breathe.

I can’t blame them for it making me nauseas of course, they were truly so sweet and explained everything thoroughly! Just wasn’t for me. Regardless, the place was spotless and very relaxing.“

“I recently started attending hot yoga here and I love it. As a group fitness instructor and an avid runner/lifter, this is the perfect place to work on flexibility and really stretch your muscles. I love the hot yoga class because I get warmed up faster! The owner and other employees have all been delightful to talk to and take class with. I can really see myself working this in my routine as I feel it will help me improve my range of motion out and recover better!“

“On July 22nd, I got my membership, this location really awome with helping clients, friendliness between staff and other clients, overall really clean and pleasant when coming in. Phil and Scott were really awsome helping me with finances and tag teaming help me withbmy membership. Phil's PC went down and Scott assisted. This location really clean, and no matter what mood your in this place elevates your mood brining great vibes and happiness. I love working the bags especially after doing three years of kick boxing. Machines and cardio are really awaome, the machines in the back elliptical need wd 40 only because they don't glide easily as they should. I always have a fun time coming in. Staff is just amazing!“

“As an avid gym goer , I have been to a number of gym around the area. I’ve tried the north Babylon and the lindenhurst LA Fitness but the farmingdale by far was my favorite . The staff was very helpful and the facility was well maintained! My only complaint is that there should be a tree the place all the attachments and add more ropes especially if you’re trying to perform a unilateral movement.“
