Club Pilates

This was my first time trying Pilates. I did the introduction lesson first. In the intro all the equipment was clearly explained and the basic program for each level.When I had my first class I knew what to expect. The instru,ctor, Claudia, is amazing. The exercises change every week. The time flies by. It is a nonjudgmental space, no need to be self conscious . It is friendly and supportive.My lower back has never felt better. BTW, I am 71 soon to be 72! If you are curious about Pilates, try it at Club Pilates. If someone of a certain age like me can do this, you can too!

I love this studio. All the teachers and classes are terrific in their own way. The class goes by so fast. Yes it is best to schedule classes ahead of time but I've also gotten into classes when on a waitlist. I find it works really well for me when I schedule for the month and I make pilates and my health a priority. I'm beginning to see results in 15 classes!

The most incredible form of fitness! Club Pilates is immaculately clean, great energy, amazing instructors and a practice that helps you look and most importantly feel better. The best!!
