I will admit I’m not a gym nut. I tend to avoid working out in public places and prefer to stay home. I tried this place out after talking to this big guy chris. I was so taken back by how warm welcoming and overall pleasant he was talking to me. I picked up a very affordable membership. Thanks Chris

Always a fantastic experience at Commack LA Fitness. Staff are so friendly and welcoming and always going above and beyond to help with training inquiries. Facility has all the equipment you could need. Overall great atmosphere and perfect place to stay motivated!

My favorite gym by far, I use LA Fitness all over the country but my time at commack LA fitness tops them all. Great workouts for the week I was there and Kerrin the manager was a great help. I had brought a friend to workout for the day she was nice enough to extendhim a guest pass and a week later he called to let me know he signed up.
