Yoga Oasis is a great studio. Thought I didn’t like hot yoga but came in after a customer at my job recommended it and happy to say I was wrong — the classes here are wonderful. A lovely blend of physical challenges with some theory and philosophy. And the music is good, the teacher is welcoming and makes everyone feel comfortable (especially new people), I leave feeling good in my body and mind. Thank you

I started yoga with Mary at Yoga Oasis in 2017 and have been to many studios across the country and I truly believe Mary Grace is the epitome of an instructor and yogi. She inspired me - an athlete and weight lifter at heart - to take the yoga teacher training and now I am teaching Bikram at 6! I love this studio because it is unassuming and compassionate, authentic and genuine - it gets super hot while infused with oxygen and you can join any class at any level. Carol’s classes kick my butt, Lisa and Jessie’s are efficient and smooth and healing. There’s no place like it!
