Nickel City Hardwood LLC
“This is the company you want to hire for your floors. Full stop. I had an excellent experience working with Nickel City Hardwood during a grueling whole home remodel. I couldn’t have asked for better communication or attention to detail throughout the process.
From the very beginning, everyone in the showroom was incredibly helpful, responsive, and organized. The entire project ran smoothly, and a huge part of that was due to their team.
Our flooring installer, Kyle, did fantastic work. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were obvious in every room. He clearly takes real pride in what he does and made sure everything was done right.
Paul and Mike have clearly built a great company with a strong team and a focus on quality and customer service. They're some of the best business owners I've encountered in the WNY area.
If you're looking for a flooring company that communicates well, does beautiful work, and genuinely cares about the outcome of your project, I highly recommend Nickel City.”
