Mike kept in touch with me by text, made appointments with me when I wanted, and was very patient answering all of my questions, helping me to my car with multiple samples to take home, and refiguring our quote when we added another room and then the closets. We took many samples home so that we can make our final selection. After we made our selection John the owner of the store made arrangements for installation. Our rug was professionally installed by a man named Gerry. He actually moved our furniture back in place after completing the installation. “This is my go to place for flooring. Have never been disappointed. Had kitchen floor redone a few years ago ( entry way done a year or so before that) and just had a full and half bath floor redone. Very happy with results. Good selection in store. Mike, my salesman, was friendly, helpful and not at all pushy. Set everything up for measuring and installation. Rick was my installer and he did a fantastic job even in the close quarters of the half bath. He was a real nice guy too. Finished job was beautiful. Prices are reasonable ( better than the big box stores). Would not hesitate to go there again for any future projects.“
