“We had Hamburg flooring remove old flooring and install LVP on our entire first floor two years ago. After about a year I noticed the flooring was separating and there were small but noticeable gaps between the planks. I notified Hamburg flooring, they came out twice, once the installer, once the owner. They decided it was a manufacturer problem and contacted them to file a claim. Long story short I don’t know what happened with the claim but the owner said either way they were going to rip out and replace the whole thing. It wasn’t a fight to get them to do it, I didn’t have to pester or annoy to get someone to try to fix the problem, they just did almost no questions asked. Can’t say many companies would act this way. It’s been a few months but we are happy with the flooring and very happy with the customer service. Deb was also fantastic and very easy to get in touch with”
