My relationship with Nova Tile and Carpet has been positive throughout two projects. In my kitchen, tiles were applied to a backsplash and wall. My house is older, so walls are not plumb, and they vary in height. Suggestions by both Tom and the tiler were always in the best interests of the final result. I appreciated the expertise. Another project involved tiling a fireplace but needing to incorporate 'something' that would divert the fireplace heat from the thin-frame television above. Tom and I discussed all the issues, and then he created a solution which he followed through on with the tiler. I was VERY happy with the results. I've received many compliments and have always given the credit to NTC. From initial contact to completion day, ALL of the NTC staff in the store provided assistance and followed through as they said they would. As a woman, I have had my share of negative experiences with 'tradespeople' and 'trades work'. NTC treats everyone as a valuable customer. It is a pleasure doing business with everyone connected to NTC. 👍
