We cannot recommend Archie Donoughe enough! Dennis and the entire team were wonderful to work with. We needed our original hardwood replaced due to damage. The team was able to replace and refinish the entire floor in less than a week, and it’s stunning. Dennis was so responsive and helpful in guiding us through the process and the team was friendly, punctual, thorough, and had great attention to detail! Outstanding work! We had an issue with our floor that needed an emergency repair done ASAP. I called every place in WNY, and Dennis showed up about an hour after I called. He carefully looked at the floor to see what the best course of action would be, and gave me a fantastic quote.His team removed my entire dining room floor and installed a new one in a single day, then did the finish in the next two days. They were immaculate, and all very nice. Dennis, especially, was so helpful, and we could tell he genuinely cared.We cannot recommend them enough!
