“I’ve been wearing glasses for the last 37 years, mostly progressives. I’ve been to a variety of places in my lifetime but none have been as professional as Village. Greg and crew are very adept and Dr. Krassnoff has the most modern equipment for eye examination. At my age of 70+ years, my most recent AI Varrilux glasses have my vision like when I was a teenager. They don’t upsell in my opinion, they do recommend that which improves vision. Many people I know tend to be frugal about what they spend on glasses but the “extras” are what really make your vision optimal. I appreciate Village Optical and will continue to recommend them to my family and friends.“

“We called to make an appointment and was given one for 1 pm the upcoming Saturday at 1 pm. We were called by the office that a 930 spot had opened up—?? I tool it!
Arrived at 9:20 and unfortunately we DID NOT fill out the form that WAS sent- our fault.. The staff Monique was very helpful in accommodating us . The insurance was verified
We filled the forms , but within 10 minutes we were seen!!!
I enquired if i can be seen as well and monique said she will check also

“I originally came from Long Island but now live in Brooklyn. My 3-year-old son recently needed a stronger prescription for his glasses, and I was becoming so frustrated trying to find an optical shop that could properly fit him. Spoke with Drew over the phone first to see if he could fix them and after sending in some pictures of the broken glasses, he assured me he could fix them. Drew was pleasant and efficient in rendering services to me. He was also able to help with changing the prescription in my son’s glasses the same day. He was helpful, knowledgeable and most important reasonable in his pricing. 10/10 would recommended.“
