“All of these reviews are over a year old, and couldn't be more wrong. We starting coming to this location after the one in East Meadow closed (actually they moved we didn't know that at the time) and couldn't be happier. The staff is super helpful, and go above and beyond to help. My daughter lost her glasses at the beach and we didn't have a backup pair (we won't make that mistake again), only her old ones which weren't strong enough. They quickly made her a new pair with her old frames because we were going away a few days later and my daughter literally can not see without them. Of course trying to get all the last minute things ready before our trip we couldn't make it in time to pick them up before they closed so they left them in the mailbox. I will forever be grateful for that. So if you're looking for a place that has great frames, and an amazing staff then this is the place!!“

“My daughter and I have been going here for years for glasses. I didn’t know they did contacts too.I took my 12 yr old daughter to try contacts. George was so patient with her. He took so much time with her and was so good. I thought she was done at one point and we were going to have to leave but George said nope, we will not quit. And they didn’t. Eventually George helped my daughter get her contacts in by herself and take them out. He did it several times with her. I was so grateful. She feels so much better without her glasss on.
