I cannot say enough good about this company. I had to hire a 24 hour caregiver for my father when he was hospitalized. I called on a Saturday, on a holiday weekend, and they had somebody in the room with him 4 hours later. All of the other companies I called didn't even answer the phone. On top of that, the office was extremely communicative, checking in with me almost daily and making sure everything was going ok. I'm so grateful for this company and I would give them 10 stars if I could.

After almost two years without a haircut (not since my wedding!), my hair was full of dead ends, and I was finally ready for a change. I’d also been wanting bangs forever but was too nervous to commit. I found La Bella Vita Hair Salon online, loved that it was only 10 minutes from my house, and was pleasantly surprised when they fit me in for a walk-in just 20 minutes after I called.
From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Simon at the front desk, the wonderful woman who washed my hair and waxed my eyebrows, and my stylist Joey all made me feel so comfortable. They offered me a drink, gave me the Wi-Fi password, and made conversation that felt so genuine.
Joey was amazing. He took the time to really understand what I wanted instead of just starting to cut. We talked about my goals, how much styling I wanted to do each morning, and what would work best for my hair. He completely transformed it! My hair looks so much healthier, fuller, and has so much more movement now. The bangs were the part I was most nervous about, but he absolutely nailed them. They’re effortless, frame my face perfectly, and look great whether my hair is down or in a ponytail.
I also had my eyebrows waxed, and they came out great. Joey even recommended a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner that I’m excited to try.
This was honestly one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone was professional, kind, and made what could have been a stressful appointment feel relaxing and fun. I already can’t wait to come back in a few months for a trim and maybe even some highlights. Highly recommend!

OMG Surya Brasil's Henna Hair Color is VEGAN. Yes a farm boy who grew up in Iowa loves Vegan Hair Color lol I would try the shampoo also. You can tell how natural the shampoo is because of the lack of bubbles (other company's use harmful chemicals to produce the bubbles). I rarely leave reviews, but LUNA has truly become my calm place. It’s Latina-owned, super clean, and the vibe and playlist are always on point. I usually get a gel builder manicure and polish pedicure, but honestly they’re great at everything. They also take timing seriously, so appointments always run smoothly.
The mother-daughter duo, Rocio and Samantha, are incredibly accommodating, and everyone there is genuinely kind. Angeles is my go-to, but everyone I’ve tried has been amazing.
What prompted me to write this review: I had a 5:30pm Friday appointment I needed to move because I was with my kids in Queens and knew it would be a struggle to make it on time. It’s the weekend before Thanksgiving, so I knew it was a long shot but Rocio arranged for Sol to come in an hour early before the shop even opened to do my nails. As a full time working mom of two, that kind of thoughtfulness means everything. It’s truly my little me-time and I appreciated it so much.

I love the private experience at salon suites like this. I found a good stylist too, but just know that you may pay a little more in independent places like this (even when I went to a salon at Phoenix Salon Suites), but if you get a good stylist, it's worth it.
As a new business owner, I have to say choosing Phenix Salon Suites was one of the best decisions I’ve made. They give you two weeks rent-free to get yourself set up, which really helps take some pressure off in the beginning. On top of that, you pay weekly and utilities are included, huge plus.
Since I have laser machines, that alone was a big “hell yeah” for me 😂
I also love the setup there’s on-site laundry, separate restrooms for men and women, water fountains, a comfortable waiting area, and secure access with a code so clients can enter easily without worrying about random people walking in.
It just makes running my business feel smooth, professional, and safe.

Dr Yu completely fixed my self confidence after I chipped 2/3 of my front tooth. She was extremely attention to detail and never made me feel crazy for noticing small differences in the two front teeth. She worked for hours to make sure it was perfect and it meant the absolute world to me. I feel like myself again finally. She is a miracle worker.

I was having an ongoing problem with my knees. I went to Dr Liming Zhao and what a help she was. I had been going twice a week in beginning, then I was feeling so good I went down to once a week.
Dr Zhao is extremely knowledgeable and even though it’s a very busy office she always makes time for you to have an appointment.
I really do recommend this place to everyone. Dr. Shi makes you feel very comfortable as well as Dr Xie. I’ve had multiple experiences here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Procedures work wonders after each session and staff is friendly which is a plus!
