“Had an emergency with one of my boys who cracked one of his teeth on the pavement. We had called the office twice to try to get someone to see him. The first call was my wife who had explained the situation and we needed to see someone ASAP. She was put on hold only to be told that there was nothing for another 1.5 weeks. I called immediately after to appeal since he was in constant pain and was unable to eat for two days (we'd been to the ER and they only put on a layer that came off the next day--the office was closed Sunday and Monday). Suddenly, the receptionist's tone changed and we were shut down that they couldn't take us and had no alternative suggestions for us. About an hour later, Dr. Ioannou called me directly to make it right. He found a way for Dr. Matt to see us immediately. When we showed up, we were seen very quickly. And while the tooth had to be extracted, they were great with my son. (I've never done this before but I deleted an older post I made because of how quickly Dr. Ioannou responded and how friendly they were to my son; I was not asked to remove it or edit my post in any way)“
