“I had twisted my back ( which has had multiple problems from previous injuries). I was in intense pain from the cervical spine to my lumbar spine. I thought this was the moment my pain management doctor has warned me about for the last five years. It would be time for surgery. Still determined to avoid surgery as much as possible I came to All Hands PT , and working with Ligia this time ( but I have worked with others here and they all have been ver good) she had me feeing so much better by the next day, I was back to my normal routines.
