I cannot say enough good about this company. I had to hire a 24 hour caregiver for my father when he was hospitalized. I called on a Saturday, on a holiday weekend, and they had somebody in the room with him 4 hours later. All of the other companies I called didn't even answer the phone. On top of that, the office was extremely communicative, checking in with me almost daily and making sure everything was going ok. I'm so grateful for this company and I would give them 10 stars if I could.

My mother has been a client of Bayada Assistive Care's Garden City office for more than three years. Their care plan has been flexible as mom has gone from living with me, to living back in her own house for a time, to now residing in an assisted living facility. Bayada's skilled and compassionate aides have stood by her side as her Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis and wrist fracture then became Parkinson's disease as well. These aides have become family, especially Cynthia, who has been with mom through it all. Mom trusts and depends on Cynthia, even living in a facility that provides 24 hour help. My husband is a very lucky man. He couldn’t have a better person taking care of him. Cedric Gordon has been my husband’s aide for almost three years. He is a very caring person who treats my husband with respect and the utmost of professionalism.

You can always count on Cedric. He is punctual and practices proper procedures in the handling of my husband as he gets him situated in his wheelchair to face the day.

Cedric is an asset to Bayada and to us. I hope our relationship continues for many years to come.
