“I had a great customized massage at LifeSpa. I told the massage therapist, Melissa, that I had a decrease in my range of motion of my right shoulder for one year. She mentioned it may be a frozen shoulder. During the massage, she spent about 10-12 minutes on my right shoulder. There was some discomfort, but I figure it was because of underlying inflammation. After the massage I regain about 85% of my range back and did not have any pain. I hugged her at the end because I've been suffering for a year. Definitely going back to work out the rest of the \\\"kinks\\\". Thanks Melissa.“
