Had an emergency with one of my boys who cracked one of his teeth on the pavement. We had called the office twice to try to get someone to see him. The first call was my wife who had explained the situation and we needed to see someone ASAP. She was put on hold only to be told that there was nothing for another 1.5 weeks. I called immediately after to appeal since he was in constant pain and was unable to eat for two days (we'd been to the ER and they only put on a layer that came off the next day--the office was closed Sunday and Monday). Took my 4yo daughter here for a regular checkup. The hygienist Marie was very experienced and professional with her. We then saw Dr. Li, who was very kind and sweet. We ended up doing two fillings with Dr. Li later and I was anticipating it being a painful experience, but Dr. Li made it fun and completely painless. My daughter left with a big smile and lots of prizes. Very pleased!
Janet the office manager is amazing!! She was so warm, caring and sensitive over the phone and even more so in person. We love her and we love pediatric dentistry of Nassau County!!
