I’ve never had a massage before and the staff and environment made the experience amazing! The receptionists were very sweet and helpful, and my massage therapist Annalisa was wonderful, I highly recommend booking with her! Cannot wait for my next session.

My son who runs track received a Massage Envy gift card for his 18th birthday. He tried to give it to me but I convinced him to use it for himself. Today he had an appointment and upon arrival, he was told that his appointment was canceled. He asked why and they told him that he canceled it. He explained that surely this was a mistake and that he was there for his appointment. They told him that his appointment was canceled despite the fact that he was standing there and that he could not be seen for this reason. On top of this, he was charged a cancellation fee. I have been going to the Garden City on Stewart Ave for the past few months and my skin has went from acne oily to smooth and acne free with the products and regimen Olga has given me. She is an Angel with angelic hands and I will not go anywhere else or to anyone else but her!
