“I can finally see!!! Needed new glasses for years and I finally got them and they look so beautiful! I love the help and assistance you get at this store. They really care to make sure you are 100% satisfied. Faye is amazing, you must go see her! They have the latest styles to make you look your best. The store was immaculately clean, they have a comfortable seating area and TV to keep you occupied as you wait to be seen, the scent in the store is amazing, you don’t have to stand at a counter while they go through asking questions and the point of sale because they have seating and they just all around make you feel very comfortable. OPTYX was a great choice where I would definitely go and get my glasses again, and so should you!“

“I made an appointment online and they were 45 minutes behind during my 1 hour lunch break. When I mentioned I was waiting too long, I have to say they jumped up to push me through and were extremely apologetic - everyone! Ended up loving my visit. “Bayside Family Eyecare is honestly the best place to go and get yourself some glasses. I have never had glasses nor did I know how to go about and shop/look for a pair. I was greeted by Caryn and she was so helpful. She helped me out with everything from selecting the best pair of frames and making any changes along the way. She was so helpful and made the process so amazing and at ease for me. I got my glasses today and she even helped with last min changes and adjustments to make sure I left happy with my glasses. Heights and they continually worked with me to get the best prescription. The optometrist there there was actually more helpful then the optometrist I had gone to.
They were so wonderful helping me pick out frames. They have great taste. Always a pleasure going there.“

“Saw Dr Romsaitong at the Little Neck location. She was on time, very thorough answering my questions and going into detail. I did not feel rushed and am very happy being in her care. The staff is friendly and professional.
Parking is sometimes a problem so allow a little time if you are driving.

“I’ve been wearing glasses for the last 37 years, mostly progressives. I’ve been to a variety of places in my lifetime but none have been as professional as Village. Greg and crew are very adept and Dr. Krassnoff has the most modern equipment for eye examination. At my age of 70+ years, my most recent AI Varrilux glasses have my vision like when I was a teenager. They don’t upsell in my opinion, they do recommend that which improves vision. Many people I know tend to be frugal about what they spend on glasses but the “extras” are what really make your vision optimal. I appreciate Village Optical and will continue to recommend them to my family and friends.“

“We called to make an appointment and was given one for 1 pm the upcoming Saturday at 1 pm. We were called by the office that a 930 spot had opened up—?? I tool it!
Arrived at 9:20 and unfortunately we DID NOT fill out the form that WAS sent- our fault.. The staff Monique was very helpful in accommodating us . The insurance was verified
We filled the forms , but within 10 minutes we were seen!!!
I enquired if i can be seen as well and monique said she will check also
This practice is a great option for a professional / clean / efficient experience.
The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous . This is a practice that i would recommend.
Dr. Napolitano took her time with my son — sensitive- AND my wife had a hair stuck in her eye- embedded deep — she REMOVED it gently and quickly - we paid a copay— well worth it!!!

I never wore glasses and was nervous but they both have went above and beyond to put me at ease, get my vision to where it needs to be and find a great pair of glasses at a fair price. Front desk staff made sure insurance was painless as well. I recommended a few family members who now see them as well! You won't get better care anywhere else these days.“
