“I have been coming here for 2 years to fill my toddler’s (then baby) prescription. They are very helpful on finding frames that fit his little face. I never feel like I’m being upsold anything, just given helpful advice, especially since my husband and I have never worn glasses, so we are clueless with the whole process.This past time he needed his prescription updated, I wanted to see if his old back up pair still fit. I NEED a backup pair for him, because he’s a toddler and things happen. They were really great about not wanting me to spend extra money if I didn’t have to. Because of that, not feeling like they are trying by to get as much money out of me as possible, I will keep coming back here.“

I think it's important to acknowledge when a company does the right thing after one of their reps at first did the wrong thing. “My progressive, transition, scratch resistant lenses always cost over $800. At Costco I can get THREE pair for that price. Or one pair for $275. Always many helpful, knowledgeable employees at the counter, plus I have never waited more than six days for the ‘your glasses have arrived’ text.Last month I noticed I had somehow chipped one of the lenses in the glasses I purchased ten months ago. Finally went back to Costco a week ago to inquire if I could pay to replace the faulty lens. The woman helping me said no. But that they would be happy to replace it for free! And it didn’t take a week to ten days as warned; I dropped them off on Friday and got the text the following Wednesday! What a wonderful place.“
“Windsor Park Vision is a hidden gem!! Paige and the staff is warm and welcoming yet knowledgeable and professional but above all else, they are honest and actually care about their clients!! Don't let their unimposing exterior fool you, Windsor Park Vision is full service eye care- they have an on-site doctor and are fully stocked with a wide range of frames to choose from (and if by chance they don't have the frames you want, they can order it and have it delivered asap). But trust me-YOU WILL FIND SOMETHING!! They work with many insurance plans including many Civil Service angency plans. I paid $36 for my daughter's designer frames AND bc she was leaving for college in a couple of days, they put in a rush order and she got her glasses THE NEXT DAY!!!! For her last pair of glasses, I paid over $400 at Cohen's Optical and had to wait more than a week. I wish I had known about WPV sooner because I live literally a block away from them and must've walked past them a thousand times. (They're in Hollis Court, across the street from KeyFood and CVS.) I am so glad my insurance, EyeMed, listed them as a provider in my area, so my husband and I went to check them out. Otherwise, I would still be overpaying for glasses and my daughter would not have her glasses with her at school. Windsor Park Vision, you guys are good, honest people!!! There are not many like you around. Thank you!!“
