She carefully explained the challenges of lifting previously processed dark hair, the risks of damage, and what we could realistically achieve while keeping the integrity of my hair intact. My appointment ended up taking much longer than expected, and even though the salon was supposed to close, Giulia immediately reassured me that she would stay as long as needed to finish my hair properly.
