Cons: They push for a higher tip, which never happened to me before. Most people wouldn’t mind if the base price were $3 or$5 higher, but they do mind being prompted at checkout to raise the tip from 20% to 30% - nobody likes last-minute surprises. I suggest improving the pricing/tipping mechanism.
That said, I’m still giving 5 stars because the haircut itself was really well done.
This is my regular place to go every 7 -8 months for my hair straightening. I love this place because of my hair stylist Andy. He is flawless. I recommend this place for everyone. You can get other services as well .
