“This was my first silk press ever, and I genuinely did not know my hair could look or feel like this. I walked in a little nervous and completely unsure of what to expect (I’d also booked quite last minute), but Kisa immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable, I ended up strutting out, and am about to be insufferable.

From start to finish, the experience was unreal. The wash, the blowout, the press, every step was done with so much care that my hair feels unreal. Also I’d pay just for that head massage with the wash! I had cut my hair myself (bad idea) a few months ago, a blunt, terrible cut, and Kisa fixed it easily, giving me tips throughout. When she did the final pass and my hair started to flow, I almost cried. I have never seen my hair this shiny, this smooth, this soft in my life.
