My appointment ended up taking much longer than expected, and even though the salon was supposed to close, Giulia immediately reassured me that she would stay as long as needed to finish my hair properly. She worked through my hair meticulously, paying attention to every section and making thoughtful decisions about highlights, lowlights, placement, and overall balance. The final result looks incredibly natural, seamless, and elegant. The transition between colors is beautifully blended and never looks harsh or stripey.

When my hair started showing signs that it had reached its lifting limit, Giulia prioritized the health of my hair rather than pushing it further. She even offered to have me come back in a few weeks to continue the process at no additional cost because achieving the final goal would require multiple sessions. That level of integrity speaks volumes.
