Once we started going to Beth we’ve never went anywhere else. We always get compliments on his grooming and I would highly recommend Beth and Tri-Town if you want your dog looking and smelling so fresh!“

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in my time of need and were quick to lend a hand. They provided my little quaker parrot Jackie with the most attentive and tender care I could ever ask for with professionalism that made me confident that he’d be ok. I unfortunately had to keep him here for 2 nights due to his condition but fortunately I had Dr.Wade who kept me updated the entire time, even after hours, and ensured Jackie was as comfortable and nourished as possible. She was awesome, super friendly, and knowledgeable. The pricing on everything wasn’t bad at all, it was clearly communicated with me and worth every penny because my little guy is doing so much better. “This was a great facility located in Tractor Supply Alden, NY. The veterinarian Dawn & her staff are amazing. They were very caring & did an great job examining all three of my dogs. I am sad & disappointed to discover all the staffed PetVet Clinics in the area are closed. I was planning on bringing my two dogs here for shots tomorrow. “Myself and my dogs love everyone at ASAH!!! I feel like family and always leave with a good understanding of my dogs treatment plans. The past couple of years each of my dogs needed specific treatments. Finn has gotten dental and xrays to monitor his joints. Theo (pictured waiting for his friends to come in) has had a toe amputation, dental, and skin tag removals all with great success. Valley has had dental and oral surgery and got to tag along with Theo on his visit today for an anal gland issue that arose. Dr. Stein does a wonderful job explaining everything in an easy to comprehend way and I always feel assured all my questions are answered.
Amanda and Caroline are always supportive and kind at the front desk and always seem happy to see my and my precious fur babies. Thank you all for everything you do for me and my dogs“

“The techs and doctors at the Lancaster office are knowledgeable, caring, and very empathetic. My daughter's beloved bunny is old and unfortunately he is entering the end of life. The doctor was so understanding and sympathetic to my daughter, and offered us advice to keep him comfortable. I highly recommend to take your exotic animals here. We also bring our cats to the Williamsville office and have the same experience. We had a very sick little baby last summer and the techs and doctors took very good care of him.“

“I was visiting from AZ and my mini-woodle had terrible itching with scabs and an ulcer on the ear flap. When I called and left a message, the office called me immediately and got her in a few hours later. Dr Ross explained everything he found and thank goodness it was just allergies. He suggested solutions for her itching and put a long lasting med on her ear ulcer. Everyone at this office was very kind and professional. I would and will go back if she still has problems. I see a difference in one day!! they had acupuncture and a chiropractic exam along with cold laser therapy. she advised us on their diet and we r taking her advice on food choices. “They did very well, and were reasonable due to the fact my puppy didn't have any vaccines until yesterday and was already undergoing treatment for worms the end of May and between the beginning of this week n ending of this week knowing the worms were coming out in his poop dead n my dog is happier and healthier than he was after his vaccinations he is no longer pooping out worms and no more diarrhea I highly recommend these guys ? , isn't eating grass as violently as he was heck he barely eats grass since he got his vaccines ❤️“
