I was very happy with Our visit to Elma Animal Hospital. It was very clean, and the staff were very kind, caring and attentive to my dogs needs. They took their time talking to me and answering all the questions I had. My dog who can be anxious felt at ease and comfortable here as well. I am happy to go back to this great place!
We entrust Elma Animal Hospital with our 7-year old Shih Tzu, a dog breed known for allergy and eye issues. The doctors and staff are kind, understanding, and informative. For any medical concern we may have, they are quick to respond or find a same day appointment. Thank you, Dr. Vaillancourt and Elma Animal Hospital! We appreciate you all!
I don’t typically leave reviews but I have to give praise when needed. Switched over my dog from another vet she has been going to for 9 years and I’m so happy I did. The staff was wonderful and so patient with her, they even gave her a break mid exam so she could stop being so anxious and talked my girl through her entire exam. They really went above and beyond, right down to going over my bill before they proceed to do everything to ensure I was okay with the cost financially - my previous vet never did that and I thought it was really considerate of them.
