This site has been passionate and caring for our cat when he was in crisis. All the staff are great. This is the only location that has consistently been available when we've needed them outside our normal vet's hours.
Everyone we encountered when we took our cat for help was kind, compassionate, and professional. For us, this was a very difficult time and situation. And, even though it was a holiday, and it was busy, we were given all the attention, information and time we wanted, both to make our decisions and then with our cat in the end.It's never a good thing when you start looking for a Veterinary Emergency Room, I'm glad we chose this one.
I came here from out of town because our pet emergency center has a lot to be desired and was so incredibly happy with the service. We probably waited for half an hour before we were called back and saw the vet tech and vet quickly. They were both incredibly nice and caring. They listened to my concerns and gave helpful recommendations to help my dog feel better. We got our meds and we were in and out in about 20-25 minutes. The cost was also very reasonable for an emergency center. I highly recommend this place!
