I feel it was slightly over priced but better
Prices than some it’s all your added fees
I did not like extra charge for Debt Card
Prices are high for Vet Care and you have no idea of final cost … Not fair to add charges for debt card … Next time I will bring cash
But will get No extras because of the added fee to Debt card …
I Really loved the care my Dog Brynlee Paige Received from Dr Rowell
The Doctor was very Professional and
Took time to explain things
I want to stay with Alden Animal Hospital but I may not because of the Debt Card fees
You would get 5 Stars Except you charged
To use Debt Card and service tax fee and
Medical Waste fee for what ?

These folks are as good as it gets. The Doctor is very gracious with his time and the staff is friendly and attentive. Pricing is fair and they always let you know how much services are going to cost. I can't think of any place I would want to take our dog or cats.
I am visiting with my cat from Minnesota. I was SUPER impressed at how he was handled here and how well he responded when getting his ears cleaned and treated. It was a really pleasant visit and he and I appreciate that!
