Was glad I could get right in with a puppy rescued with a very serious UTI. That warrants 2 stars. Staff very friendly. 1 more.What astonished me was them willing to, insisting on emptying my bank account by paying for the vet herself BEFORE the med for the poor suffering baby. They were making me choose. Keep any money to make it through to my next check or the antibiotic needed. Living on Social Security, I was a few ($55) dollars short so I had to empty my meger savings before I could leave WITH what I came for. The doctors and staff at Aurora Pet Hospital are, hands down, absolutely wonderful. On the recommendation of a friend, I've been coming here for several years now with my cats (rescue and feral) and my dog, who also just today had dental surgery. Dr. Meisner and all the staff are incredibly kind, patient and professional....answering all my questions in a thorough and thoughtful manner, providing updates during surgical procedures and they truly care about the pets they provide medical services to. I think their prices are very reasonable. I simply can't imagine going anywhere else and am so thankful they are in my area.

Dr. Meisner is very compassionate and always looking out for the best interest of your pet and you. She is kind and caring and always makes you feel at ease and never rushes you if you have questions or concerns. All of the girls in the office are always friendly , efficient and helpful.
