“I have Keratoconus, have for 10 plus years and knew I wasn't necessarily a candidate for Lasik. I decided to attend a sight night back in March and ask about other options. Dr. Atwal addressed my concerns and set me up with Dr. Gibbons to map my cornea. After confirmation that I did have Keratoconus, I was sent to see Dr. Joseph about maybe getting the Scleral contact lenses. I can't thank her enough for talking me off the ledge and encouraging me for a solid 30 minutes as I attempted to insert the try-on lenses. Six months later, I don't think it's overstating it to say that this has changed my life, I did not realize how poor my vision was. I went from a 20/400 in my right eye to 20/20. So even if you can't do lasik, don't hesitate to reach out to Atwal“

“A big shout out to Ron & Katie in the Lancaster location. I’m snowbirding in NC and my frames broke on me. They were under warranty so I shipped them to the Lancaster office on a Saturday. They arrived on a Monday. Ron & Katie immediately changed out the broken frames for the new ones, inserted the lenses and Ron immediately walked them over to the post office for priority delivery. He adjusted them, had them adjusted when I was in Florida. Now they are so much better. Before he took care of me, I also overhead him explaining to another customer the different kinds of glasses/lenses she could get and I have to say the way he explained it was straight forward, professional. It can be confusing with all the different lenses, clarity options, transition options etc. He was considerate.
