September 25 I was scheduled for a routine annual appointment. The day before I was experiencing change in my vision at right eye.I was panicked and expressed I was very anxious ,shaky and feared the worsed diagnosis. When I registered at front desk I spoke with very friendly staff! Simeon was my first technician and examined my eyes.He was so comforting and understanding my fear of eyesight changes! I am glad to have found Insight Eye Care & Aesthetics in Williamsville, NY. The exam was very thorough and everything was explained to me by the optometrist. She took her time and didn't rush me out of there. The entire staff was very welcoming and I highly recommend them for your eye care needs.

It was so welcoming from the moment I walked in. I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but I had to make an exception this time.
I want to thank the whole staff for making my experience such a positive one. A special shoutout to April and Dr. Jennifer Glose, both of whom went above and beyond. They are amazing human beings, and their care, humor and professionalism really made a difference.
