“A huge thank you to the staff at Buffalo Optical in Williamsville! We had a unique situation having to get replacement glasses for our elderly aunt who lives in a care facility and was currently in the hospital. Everyone was very kind and able to fill the order quickly. When the glasses arrived someone from the office, actually hand delivered them to our (Aunt) at the facility to make sure they arrived safely. Can’t thank you enough for the extra effort and kindness everyone showed so that my aunt could see better!
