Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable and friendly. They even caught a mistake in my script from the eye doctor and called to verify the correct prescription was ordered the first time. They are limited in what insurance coverage they take but offer other deals to help if needed

The optometrist is very friendly and put me at ease during my eye exam. There is a nice selection of glasses and the staff is helpful. I don't mind driving a bit out of the way for a trustworthy eye doctor.

This was my best optician experience since moving to Buffalo 15 years ago. I went for my annual + new frames/lenses. The staff was excellent, knowledgeable, and friendly. Good selection of glasses and lens options; my glasses were ready in a week. The new glasses fit great with their adjustments, they also adjusted my old pair and cleaned them up so they’re like new.
