Service was overall great! Only complaint was there didn't seem to be much effort made to let us know when it was our turn. Our wait was longer and we were looking at glasses to keep occupied and in case my son needed them. It was only until we walked over to the other side were we told we had already been called.

The actual eye appointment with Dr. Montesanti was excellent. He is personable, thorough and knowledgeable. In addition, every staff person involved with my appointment were pleasant and efficient. My only issue was that the wait in the office before the appointment was very long.

ECVA has been the best choice for my eye's for several years I had a last minute emergency and they took me right in and relieved the pain with a few drops. Dr Montasanti is excellent as well as the entire staff....
