I've been going there for years and everyone is friendly, professional, and welcoming. I never feel rushed, everything is explained clearly, and they make the whole appointment easy and comfortable. I really appreciate the staff. They equally as personable too, which I greatly appreciate. Highly recommend!
Been going to this location (thru several different names) for a very long time. Top notch service. Friendly staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Not too pushy when it comes to purchasing either. Always very happy when I leave!
Truly the best Optometrist places in WNY! The staff at the Dick Road in Cheektowaga and Transit Road in Depew location especially are so caring and genuine about their interactions with their customers! Everyone always remembers your name, and always have the best frames and technology for your convenience!! Dr. Gambacorta is the nicest man who cares about your health and will always give you the truth. Wouldn’t recommend any other place as strongly as this one!!
