I had my first appointment with Dr. Ram on Saturday. I can not say enough about everyone at the office. Dr Ram was very thorough and professional. He put all my concerns at rest. I felt like I had been a patient for years. I would highly recommend this Dr. and all his staff. So glad I chose them.

Very informed, friendly and concerned staff. Wait time is no more than 15 minutes in the 5 years I have been going. Questions are answered when you ask and explained so laymen can understandl.

Very professional and DrJermak shows concern for issues addressed by patient. Takes the time to explain fully what he sees upon examination. Would highly recommend this Doctor for people having retinal issues
