Early on a Sunday morning, during the hottest days of summer, our AC failed. We made the right choice calling Musso. There was not an answering service, Jim Zimmer answered the phone and was at our home within the hour. We needed to replace the dated AC unit and after we told Jim that we were entertaining an out of town guest later in the week, he was determined to get our home up and running cooler. The new AC unit was delivered in one day and Jim worked non-stop to complete the job in one day. Jim Zimmer was awesome. “I had an appointment with Temperature Experts on 8-12-25. Will, came out at 10am to do an audit and inspection of my heating, air-conditioning and gas fireplace. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He went through all my systems, made several recommendations and was on his way after about an hour.
He told me the office would call and get my information for National Fuel as they would be reimbursing me for the inspection he had performed.
When the office called I talked to a wonderful woman named Patti. She got all of the relevant information and she filled out the paperwork for the gas company rebate. These people were very professional, prompt and fair. I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.“

“Dave and his crew were top notch! I fired up my central air this spring and - nada. After doing a ton of research, and reading reviews of others I found that Jim Collins was local, had a “ma and pa” feel to it, and nobody really had anything negative to say. I now see why.Dave and his crew came out a couple weeks ago just to check out my system. After a few diagnostic steps, it was found the old system was cooked. He tried to resurrect the old system with no luck, but even I knew the old system was on borrowed time. Dave gave a very reasonable quote to replace the Compressor, lines, and Evaporator coils. My Wife and I agreed, it needed to be done.Dave ordered the new system, and offered a few options for a date to get it done.Here’s where the real cool part is - Dave arrived with his crew promptly at 9:30,” the day we arranged, they all worked together like a well oiled machine. The new pad, compressor lines and Evap Coil were installed, tested, (the old units hauled away) and the guys were gone by 11:30.
