He also looked at the direct venting system on the furnace and explained how it works. “Work was done in May 2023 but I wanted to wait until winter to rate. ESS insulated my attic and walls and installed a heat pump and high efficiency furnace. My house is SO MUCH WARMER then last year. And less dry and drafty also. The furnace doesn't come on until it gets below 25F, and when it does my heating bill is still half what it used to be. The team was professional and explained clearly what they were going to do and how the government subsidies worked.“
