“You can tell this is a family owned business by how thorough they are. Chris Nowak was assigned to my job and he figured out my heating problem in 5 minutes. He also looked at the direct venting system on the furnace and explained how it works. He even measured the length of the vent PVC pipe and made sure that it fell into the specs for the BTU's my furnace puts out. Very impressive and I understand why they are so highly rated.“
