We had scheduled repair appointment immediately and crew arrived to our house next morning. Fred and his assistant brought new water heater and removed one which was broken. “Furnace gave out during one of the coldest days and a snow storm and Julian company was the only one who answered their phone but also came out, very quickly, during the storm to help fix the Furnace. They also stayed almost all day installing a new Furnace and continue to help us with our pipes, since some did freeze during the time the old Furnace went down, until everything was fixed. Very fair pricing and answered any questions we had. They have gained themselves new customers as I cant see myself working with anyone else.“
