“It's not the place, it was the doctor whom I went to see, Dr. Jamie Streicher! (pronounced like Striker) After about 17 years I decided for health reasons to leave my awesome primary care provider to find a closer new one, and I have finally found a primary care provider that is just as awesome as my last one! Dr. Streicher is totally amazing and everyone in her staff is great, super nice even when I talk to much, lol! Dr. Streicher was very thorough and asked all of the helpful questions needed about my health history, which other doctors notes already on file. No pressure Dr. Jamie Streicher ? but you and your office staff are amazing, so don't prove me wrong now LOL!“

“The yellow fever vaccine was over $100 cheaper than the other clinics I talked to and the office visit fee was $60 compared to $75 and $100+ at the other travel clinics. AMAZING staff as well. Could not be more helpful. Thank you Great Lakes Physician Services!!!!“

“I went to this location yesterday to get my nexaplanon implant removed and replaced. The nurse that helped me was named Seth, and he was super nice. Explained everything wonderfully,while keeping an upbeat tone to the appointment. He reminded me of Schmitt on Grey's anatomy. Plus I only waited about 5 minutes in the waiting room. 10/10“

Over the years I have tested their capabilities with several emergencies and chronic health issues. They have never failed me.Like any physicians office, you get better care by being an informed patient. “I am not a medically needy person per say...I'm healthy and rarely ever do I need to contact a doctor...but obviously I have one for yearly physicals and than anything else that might pop up. I've had a few different doctors over the years... I'm not a person who just picks a place and sticks with it unless I really like it, I never liked any of my primary doctors that I've had in past years so I never stuck with them, I didn't like their attitude walking in like they were God Almighty not listening to anything that you say or trying to make a problem out of nothing etc...2 years ago I found Southgate medical where I have my new doctor (Redenbach) and so far I'm loving it! I never wait long when I go in there... usually I'm called right away, the girls at the counter are always awesome, my doctor is younger which I am grateful for, she's very personable knows how to laugh, isn't stiff or stuffy like most physicians... really makes you feel like you've known her forever which makes you feel more comfortable being there, let's face it nobody likes to go to the Dr. and it's always hard to find time to even go! Finding a doctor who acts like a real human being and also treats you like a human being it's really promising!! I am hopeful she is the very last doctor I will ever need, she's the kind of person/doctor that I would follow if she left the group. One perk I also like is they actually pay attention to their patient portal unlike other places, if I ever send any test results or anything else that pops up or I have a question that it does not need a office visit or phone call they are totally on the ball with it!“

“Love this office! They are always available to see our kids the same day when they are sick. With confidence I can say that even when the waiting room is packed, the providers make sure to give my boys quality care and not rush through our concerns. One of my boys needed an urgent cardiologist appointment and Dr. Dyson got on the phone with cardiology and we were able to see them right after our appointment at Orchard Park Peds! This office is a HUGE upgrade from our old pediatrician, who would send us to urgent care for a simple strep test. Dr. Dyson and Anne have always taken wonderful care of our boys and I have no doubt that this office will continue giving them amazing care throughout their teen years.“
