“Genuinely the nicest, most empathetic and compassionate women I have ever met in the medical field. I suffered from severe medical trauma specifically surrounding gynecological care and they took the time to listen to my story, cry with me and make me feel seen, heard, and understood. They answered all of my questions with honesty and care. I was a bit dizzy from anxiety and I had a ginger ale and crackers in my hand before my pants were even off. They did not pressure me to complete anything that day and instead met me where I was mentally and set up a medical plan for me to continue treatment on my terms, giving me back control and autonomy of my body again. I WILL be back and I will make as many donations that I physically can. I came in crying in fear and I left crying happy tears to have experienced such compassion and understanding. I may have only been one patient today out of many but, you have changed the way I see the medical world after years of hurt and for that I thank you all who work in this office.“

By now you've probably been itching for hours. Maybe it's lice, maybe it's all in your head—but either way, there's no harm in getting checked.
If you aren't so lucky, you're still in great hands. We worked with Kim, and she's a magician. From getting rid of those little bastards to somehow making a lice appointment feel... dare I say... enjoyable, she was incredible.
Kim did an amazing job educating my wife and me, which we really appreciated. The level of calm she brought my wife has previously only been achieved by a stiff martini or a Xanax. She made both of our kids feel completely comfortable, and somehow had all of us laughing through the entire treatment.
10/10 recommend Kim. I hope we never have to see her again... but if we do, she'll be our first call. And if you're currently panic itching while reading this, go make the appointment—you'll be glad you did.“

“Honestly one of the best Dentistries I ever been to in my this place is a KEY beneficial factor and needed in our community I had a tooth that has been troubling be for over a year … it stopped and I forgot about it and it came back with a vengeance and this was the only place in buffalo that was able to take care of me UB I left voicemails and calls never contacted back ECMC is booked scheduled me for August 14 … this tooth started effecting me to the point I couldn’t work to the of my abilities migraines jaw aches even ear aches this place really saved me everyone was very PROFESSIONAL nobody was nasty to me or rude the staff very pleasant and personable doctor Patty was my Superhero today I could tell my tooth was not going to be easy but she was very gentle professional and she didn’t get overwhelmed or annoyed and that meant everything to me she saved me more than she knows and Maryam was very gentle and pleasant a good vibes but even the staff up front were amazing too Great work Great Energy is always a plus it goes a long way and is needed but I’m 12 hours in and I feel great ready for work today I really want to keep this place as my permanent dentistry now lol“

However I’ve seen other NP’s there before if she is busy and everyone has always been super nice and seem like they genuinely care to help you not just blow you off like some doctors. They are also usually pretty fast to call you back if you message them or leave a message which is always nice!“

“I’ve been going to Chestnut Ridge since I was an infant and continue going now and have been following with Dr Jennifer Yerke-McNamara since transitioning to adult care. I love the office and her as a doctor. She truly listens to everything I have to say and takes my background into consideration during my visits. I feel like she actually knows and understands me and I would follow her if she ever chose to leave the practice. To note the facility and office are great as well, they get me in quickly when I actually need to be seen and I’ve seen other PAs and they were good to.“

“My husband was the first in our family to start going here!! He sees Dr. Sean!! Doc as we call him has been absolutely amazing. My husband had a stroke and because it was workman's comp related, it was impossible to find or get into a doctor in a timely manner for his follow-ups and everything. We talked to Doc who my husband had already been seeing for years. And without hesitation he stepped up and took over my husband's follow-up care. The whole office is amazing. From the nurses to the receptionist. So I needed a new doctor and I opted for the PA Gabby, she is the most awesome ever. Caring, compassionate and really listens to you. Then my dad needed a new doctor so I immediately said I am getting you in with Doc. It is a drive for my dad who lives almost an hour away, but I knew Doc was who he needed. He is also kind, has a great bedside manner and compassionate. They all take the time to explain things to you in normal terms and not all the medical jargon. Would never go anywhere else!!!“
